I wrote a song!

Nothing

Blind eyes,

Captivated by lies.

Minds silenced by powers highest.

Indoctrinated from childhood,

believing they are the one true good.

and the world prays to nothing.

Whipped into service,

The slaves labour unending.

Promised all they can imagine,

For killing those questioning.

This lie they are trapped in.

and the world fights for nothing.

Civilization immortal,

This rot will never end.

A salvation none will survive.

Of all that believed,

Not one left alive.

and the world dies for nothing.

The truth is there,

Burning for all to see.

The earth stops to stare,

Yearning to be set free.

But their fear is too strong,

And their backs bend and break.

None left to give, no more to take.

and the world learns nothing.

Yet the world needs everything.
